It's Monday morning, for chrissake--give a guy a day to read. In
the meantime, you might go through the archives of this list and
perhaps the Freenet list to find the _volumes_ I have written on
the subject over the years. Just because we haven't taken time
out of our lives to specifically respond to one question doesn't
mean we don't have any good responses.
