Actually it's the other way around: high posting frequency
is indicative of pc (Posting Committee) activity. These
groups, communicating by W.A.S.T.E. and other high speed
extra-Net channels, assemble inputs from the membership,
rewrite for uniformity of tone and style, and shower the
victimized lists. They compete for prizes based on
length, frequency, consistency of persona, and (as
perceived by them) entertainment value.
