"Goldman said his office has received two inquiries since the Sept. 11
attacks about what might be the best gas mask to buy. He said his office
does not dispense that kind of advice."

I hate to sound paranoid (and I suppose I am), but does anyone have any
suggestions on what type of gas mask one might want to invest in if one has
absolutely no idea what chemical or biological agent one is trying to defend
against? In other words is there one that, while perhaps not protecting
against everything, does protect against one or more of the biggies (small
pox, anthrax and/or nerve gas)???

Me? Heck no, *I'm* not afraid of a little biowar. It's for...a friend.
Yeah, that's it. A very cowardly little friend.
