Psycholinguistic Model of Language Processing

I tripped over this site just now that seems to be trying to explain how a
mind processes a sentance via steps in "short term memory". They use various
terms akin to programming speak to discuss some of the events, like
"Chunking, bit size, etc... They seem VERY close to a precise definition of
how the mind "parses" language. I assumed some on this list might be working
on projects along these lines and may like to see. Please share your
thoughts.
