Frankly, trying to second guess other people's personal preferences re the
control of their own bodies sounds incredibly stupid to me. Of course, if
you think that you are one of the genetic elite that has the right to tell
me not to use heroin for cancer pain - not that I have it or use it, but I
have known people who did and did (tens of thousands of doctors went to jail
early in this century to protest not being able to prescribe the best
pain-killer available for such patients). Personally, when someone starts
this line of talk, I start thinking maybe it's time for some evolution in
action myself, but probably not what you have in mind.
