Well, I've about had it up to (here) with the truly stupid default
settings that the various email handlers, especially good ole
Microsoft gives to the truly clueless user. Perhaps a FAQ could
be created stating explicitly what to do to make sundry email
clients treat their email as

JUST PLAIN OLD ASCII THANK YOU

I know I would forward said FAQ to about 30 users who always send
me email in strange colors, typefonts, and sometimes just plain
illegible.

Grumble. too late the wee hours. Oh well....
