Also, I'm interested in contacting any companies who manufacture or R&D
posthuman devices of any kind.

Things that come to mind:

1. Artificial Hearts, and other synthetic organs
2. Digital eyes
3. Futuristic hearing aids/replacments
4. synthetic hair, skin etc..
