Boy, what a weird site. Gotta love that internet.

They don't have a ketogenic diet (in the Atkins sense). It's mostly
carbohydrates. It looks like a natural hygeine/food combining diet
to me. If the number of calories is as low as Susan Cherwin
calculated, it will send you into ketosis because it's a starvation
diet. But that's not the Atkins method of depriving your body of
carbohydrates so that it can't run the citric acid cycle.
