CYMM SAYS; That's for sure... but all human genepools aren't alike...I'm an
indian and we apparently weren't adapted to eat much at all...I feel fine on
a 800 cal/day diet (..with heavy supplement of course...) and I feel gorged
and sluggish on 1200- 1500/day.

When we indians (with the appropriate starvation genes...) eat a regular
western diet we suffer from diabetes and vascular disease...

I'm sure I cannot count a single Cro-magnon among my ancestors... so I've
got to remember that whatever I do cannot be simply mapped into a
prescription of what the other fellow should do...

CR is a VERY VERY individual thing... CR for me, for example, might be
malnutrition (and serios Life Shortening) for the other fellow!

But that guy Art de vaney - his advice is very good...
