Yes - I can't quite figure out what the structure is. Nader's page
(www.votenader.com) has links to greens.org. Greenparty.org has a list of
office holders (http://www.greenparty.org/contacts.html) many of whom have
e-mail adresses at greens.org, including their "WebGuy for
www.greenparty.org". There doesn't seem to be any mention of any structure -
maybe anyone who wants to start a party and call it a green party can do so?
