Bzzt, wrong. Any rational person, whether "ultra-wealthy" (is that $100mm?)
or not, should be interested in trying to push ahead these kinds of
research. Otherwise they are likely to find themselves dead. Although
I myself might not be ultra-wealthy (yet :-), I know of some people who I
think would qualify, and they are definitely not conservative.
