Not an option; most of MS is owned by public investors. Gates' stake is
vast, but he's very much a minority shareholder. Even if he could get a
majority to vote for this, the minority could still sue to not have their
ownership
stolen from them. Given the environment this would happen in, that's a slam-
dunk.
