A colleague of mine suggested something similar. The difference. Bill
would re-incorporate overseas, where this would assuredly not happen again.

I kind of hope they do - I'm not big on the DOJ getting their way on this
one. I really believe that if you look back, MS is not so much the evil
empire as it is the bumbling giant. They had/have the power and influence
to do much worse for the consumer and market than they have.
