What a revenue generator! Even if it was only ten seconds one way or
the other, the resulting bidding wars could easily account for a
significant slice of the state or city tax pie. (And as methods of
taxation go, this is one of the better ones, even if we'd all prefer
privately owned roads.)
Someone ought to turn this into a business plan. Don't forget to put
Sean Morgan on the Board of Directors.
