Proving fraud in medicine is hard, because of the mind's power to affect the
healing, as well as the hypochrondriacal nature of some illness. You get into
some very fpoggy grey areas.
Does meditation lower the chance of heart attack? Do pets help elders'
emotional health? Does putting cucumbers on your eyes reduce puffiness? Does
warm ginger root tea help circulation, it certainly makes your skin red....
etc.
Banning the whole kit and kaboodle? Where so you draw the lone? Can I still
drink Chamomile tea to help me sleep? How about a glass of wine? That is
medicinal, isn't it?
Not only is it hard to prove fraud in home remedoes, many peolple would
consider you doing a disservice, by witholding cures that seem to work.
