One of which is "gunpowder green" tea, a very highly concentrated
caffeine source. They also use the technologies of candles and
incense while disdaining technology.

Don't get me wrong--I practice Zazen myself, and have a great
respect for the likes of Bankei and Dogen Zenji, but don't make
the mistake of believing that Zen is more immume to hypocrisy
than any other religious practice.
