Greetings young Americans from the Elder race!
Oh dear, I thought the gun nonsense was gone
off this list ... I have been responding to all the
pro-gun types who contacted me off-list and didn't
think the topic would clutter my digest-mailing also.
As a disinterested European, who lives in a land blessedly
almost free of guns, all I want to point out is that the fact that
US citizens seem to be armed to the teeth make me, and
millions like me, less likely to re-visit the US as a tourist or
on business.
This can only be to your loss, and our, corporate European
super-power gain! So carry on squabbling children!
