As a former employee and personal trainer of that company, I can say with
some certainty that you will not get your money back without legal action.
To me (a non-lawyer; maybe G Burch can comment?) it sounds like you may have
grounds in small claims court on temporary lack of mental competence. 24hour
is a very tight/cheap company. Good luck
