I believe you are thinking of "All we like sheep/Have gone astray"
from Handel's "Messiah". (I'm something of a stickler for attributing
composition correctly.) I don't think Mozart set that passage to
music. However, Mozart did do an orchestration of Handel's "Messiah"
which provided some edits and preserved the vocal parts, tempo, and
some other sections while supplying new woodwind and brass
arrangements, which may be why you remember it as a Mozart. Either
way, I'm fairly sure it would have been "All we like sheep", unless it
was another aria altogether. The joker in your chorus would have had
to transpose the first two words.

Regards,
James
