Probably more like 500 pounds in the hands of a real pro (and I would be
happy to volunteer my services :^). Of course, the best way to do it is
to simply fill a line of large bore holes with a sturdy dose of Kinepak.
C4 is really the wrong tool for the job.

Dropping a sturdy bridge span of that length usually requires a few
hundred pounds of similar explosives to do right the first time.
