Ja I suppose so. I should make it clear, I dont want to actually
*virus* anyone. I want to make it clear that any malicious yahoo
*could* cause any innocent person with an email account to
break the law, if a law is ever passed holding one accountable
for what a person once posted on the internet.

Then these fake virus notices would be sent to lawmakers and such.

Actually, I now realize we are already there. If the government
wanted to hold someone for some reason and hadnt a charge
against them, they could email them some now-illegal form of
pornography, then break down the door, confiscate the computer,
which would then have illegal pornography "on the disk" whether
or not it had been opened, saved or placed in the trash. spike
