I saw this video "sequel" to "Waco: Rules of Engagement"
this weekend. It is vastly inferior to the original in
terms of editing, pacing, and the sorts of things that
engage viewers. It comes across as "oh, here are a bunch
of things we didn't get around to telling you in the first
movie." I do not recommend it as entertainment as I
would the first movie. They would have done better to
merge the two movies into an updated version of the first
one.
As Ian mentioned, it does cover the theory of a bomb on
top of the bunker. It also shows a FLIR video taken from
the gulf war to show what gunfire looks like on FLIR.
Finally, it has ordinary video footage taken from the
ground that seems to show gun fire from a helicopter
directed down toward the site. I found this to be the
most impressive evidence in the new film.
