Who said murder? If I'm interested in developing a "long-term viable
civilization" I no longer care much about the murder rate. I care more
about the war-rate. We're not afraid of being overrun by the more
numerous africans because their states are weak. What if they had
strong states like ours? My fear is that people will continue to
develop ever-stronger states.
Let's put a stop to it now _while we can_.
Best,
Robbie
