    It is a good point. I suspect it's ultimately down to what i raised in a
    different thread, ie the family system. SE Asia has a radically different
    kind of family system to the rest of the Islamic world ie Middle East,
    Central Asia, North Africa, Northwest Indian Sub-Continent. SD
