As I see it he's saying I'm morally wrong for not fulfilling my
obligation to deliver his widgets at the risk of my own life, whereas
if I fail to save my kids for the same reason, that's okay.
Sounds plainly stupid to me.

Actually, they coerce you into making decisions based on monetary
concerns rather than ethical concerns. Hence the need for the removal
of the LLC. You can see in corporate America today the contradictions
brought on by the LLC taking real form.
