I'd use it as an example of why one should be *very*
careful about those to whom one promises "anything".
Despite innocent belief, there are people in this
world who will abuse those who let faith override
reason. (One could even argue that Diety included
them among humans to weed out those who let their
minds fall into meaningless practices and beliefs,
spurning their divine gift of rational thought. Of
course, such an argument might not convince people
who would sign such a thing anyway.)
