If you search google for "resveratrol" you'll see that many companies are
already selling it. I don't know how pure it is or whether it's absorbed. I
did read that there's questions about it's effect on the liver (see
http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/DSH/resveratrol.html).
Another article on this discovery, a little more detailed
(http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2003/08/25/in_lab_seeking_secret_of_youth/)
says "in a surprising finding, the lowest concentration of the chemical
appeared to afford the most protection, leading Sinclair to conclude that
while a little resveratrol might be a very good thing, too much might be
harmful.", and "Sirtuin deactivates a gene that suppresses tumors, fueling
concerns that heightening the enzyme's activity might predispose humans to
cancer".
So, I'd wait a few years until optimal dosage is worked out before you start
taking it in any form other then wine.

>Yes, this latest news really seems to fit well into what has come before.
>Can't wait to see these compounds down at Walmart.
