The Atom Project would be a humanoid robot with the physical, intellectual
and emotional capacity of a 5-year-old. It would have decision making
    attributes and self-induced motor activity.

I'm glad that they are choosing a 5 year old rather than a 2 year old. A 5
year old has outgrown the terrible 2 stage of perturbation and erratic
exploration, and spends his time learning and thinking in developing
character. 5 year old want to identify with adults and are like little men
and women. While any age has its ups and downs, I think it is an excellent
    age for the Atom Project.

I'm curious what standards and methods - whose/what AI designs - they will
try to implement in developing intelligence/emotion.
