I don't want to argue with your comments but rather to add to them.
The manager sends jobs over seas also because he is tired of being hemmed in
and barked at.
If I am a manager I am constantly beset with problems with Unions, the
EPA, OEO, OSHA, local building codes, politicians looking for favors, and a
multitude of others. If I shift to an overseas supplier I hear a chorus of
"Yes sirs" as suppliers vie for my favor.
