    I would always wish to go about things gingerly and slowly,
    and with the utmost reflection and care.

    (That includes radical plans to save lives by initiating
    atomic attacks on worrisome nations.) I think that demarchy
    needs to be looked at by an open mind by the various free
    people's of the world, and probably tried out here and there.
