    Since it is an activist oriented application, I suppose you are
    supposed to get a digital map, load it on your GPS unit, and go around,
    geocaching camera sites in your community, to share with the rest of
    the world. If lots of people did this a an open source co-op-ware
    project, you'd have databases for lots of cities around the world for
    the application to run off of.
