Here in the UK we lurrrv video camera monitoring. A lot of our TV
programming now comes from video monitoring. It is spread out under
different headings to try and disguise the fact that it is all the same
old thing. Police car chases, documentaries on street violence, Do you
know this man?, help the police catch these criminals, people breaking
into cars, people having a Saturday night punch-up in the street, people
shoplifting, people caught doing naughty things. The list goes on and on.

And now our mobile phones take photos as well. That means that all these
people walking along talking to themselves (sorry, talking on their
phone), could now be taking pictures of anyone near them. So don't pick
your nose in public, or you could see your photo on the internet.

I seem to remember that if you go to London shopping, you will be
recorded on about 200 different cameras. So try and make yourself a bit
more presentable before you go out!
