Interestingly, the futures market on terrorism was viewed
as sufficiently worthy to run as a lead article on the NY Times

The senators objecting are Byron L. Dorgan of North Dakota
and Ron Wyden of Oregon. They called the plan "morally
repugnant and grotesque".
