     ACTIVITIES:

    1) Research work on the mitochondrial causes of Parkinson's disease,
    Alzheimer's disease, and aging.

    2) Helping with further development of mitofection, a technique for
    replacing mitochondrial genomes in cells.

    Success of this research program could pave the way for significant
    increases in average lifespan, and perhaps help many humans survive until
    the big S.
