I realize Harvey has already stomped his virtual feet, picked up his
virtual toys, and virtually gone home ... but, I'd like to throw my two
cents in while things are still hot enough to incense whatever fools are

I thought we were mostly adults, and supposedly intellectually advanced
ones at that, on this mailing list. If "rules" of civility need to be
"enforced" here, perhaps people really aren't as smart as they think
they are. (This is, of course, no big surprise.)
The other side of this coin is, of course, we're supposedly all
intelligent adults here. If we, and our ideas, can't stand up to
intense critical review ... perhaps its time to get out of the kitchen?
