    I also curtail a lot of my involvement here because it isn't worth it. My
    only involvement lately has been trying to stop personal attacks and get the
    list rules enforced again so maybe some of us will feel like participating
    on this list again. But as long as people believe personal attacks are
    appropriate, and as long as the list moderator allows it to occur, many
    people will remain silent or go elsewhere to avoid the personal attacks.
    Sadly, most of these people won't speak up on-line, so they will never be
    counted.
