Exactly, putting the extropian philosphy into practice so that it changes real
world events is like taking a theoretical design through to full
commercialization.
We can all discuss the merits, methods and probable results of implementing
for example freedom over person medical and social lifestyle choices but to
put it into practice is a bigger task.
I have used the extropian name to develop "extropian" natural health products.
A very extropian medical food ingredient is hemp and its more high profile
cousin marijuana. Putting even simple changes like this into sucessful
socio-economic practice is a major undertaking that requires 100-1000 +
amplification beyond the safe confines of the extropian community nest.
So like sunday church for my ancesters, I spend time listening and sometimes
discussing the "source code" then go do my grunt work of the day.
The Productivity is not an instantaneous or immediately visible to the world as
a whole. Others working on that end of the extropian infrastructure , however
are making change ever more rapid, scaleable and seamless. Like the
"catastrophe theory" shows, the sudden, visible shifts are the result of much
slow trench work
I've had a particularly good day, seeing how the changes being made by others
empower the piece I contribute.

Hi Luke,
My Income Tax was processed within 6-7 weeks and Revenue Canada didn't seem
to bat an eye. I sent receipts for things that I could (increased hydro,
etc) and then prepared an affidavit for the things that don't come with
receipts (medicine and clones). PLUS Rev Canada have on file a note from my
doctor saying that he prescribes cannabis for the treatment of my MS
symptoms. I also had photocopied, but verified as true by a notary of the
public, of my exemption paperwork. Despite what their flunkies Rev. Canada
flunkies are telling the media, they are excepting our medication as an
expense.
Take care,
Debbie
