    Very good juju, as far as I am concerned. As a former middle teacher, I can
    testify to the fact that many of these kids are monsters.

    The western legal systems have stripped families of the power to really
    control these kids.

    Just another elephant standing in the corner of Western Civ....

    And so in 3rd world countries, these "schools" are springing up all over the
    place. These schools are more like prisons than schools, a LOT more like
    prisons than schools. Mexico has a lot of them.

    This is the school of last resort. More power to them. I would not mind
    starting up such a school myself, but you have to have a huge bankroll to
    start a legit business in the 3rd world.
