    Just found in the local library a little business book called THE NEXT BIG
    THING IS REALLY SMALL, by Jack Uldrich and Deb Newberry: a guide for
    business folks on impending nano impact. Uldrich is a Foresight senior
    associate, and the opening pages are pretty nifty, making sure to position
    the authors well away from crazies like us. Drexler is not mentioned in the
    index, nor Freitas, although everything they say is pilfered. (Of course
    THE SPIKE is not mentioned.) This might be sensible, since presumably we're
    the sort of `wild-eyed futurists' they say they're not. Doesn't matter;
    this will help make the ideas acceptable to the marketplace.
