I looked at the archives, and found the discussion thread here,

If you scroll down you will see that it was Ron and not Amara who
introduced the notion of carpet bombing. I don't see that Amara ever
accused the US of carpet bombing.
Ron, you should quote the message where she did so, or withdraw your
claim and apologize to Amara for misrepresenting her position.
