    expect to do better than the average investor who assumes the same degree of
    risk that you do.

    The real crooks are guys like those from Enron and WorldCom. They hurt real
    people in a very serious way. They belong in prison but they have so far
    evaded it for almost two years.

    Martha Stewart is, I think, a relatively minor player being made into a
    scapegoat. I don't believe the government will be able to make a convincing
    case that she actually hurt anyone. But the government is frustrated and
    wants to "make a collar."
