    I hope you're planning on having all that sand checked for myxomatosis
    spores and the like. And be sure you install drift fences so we can keep
    the heliport portion of the deck reasonably clear.

    Our captive maritime lawyer (Hi, Greg!) might be able to point us to what
    "due diligence" on seagoing vessels is like. Oh, wait, too late, you've
    already cut the check. Hmm. Is there an applicable buyer-remorse/lemon law
    for aircraft carriers?
