Oh, I'm all for it. I dimly remember in SR Delaney's book _Triton_ (now
renamed) that when the protagonist visited an Earth restaurant the meal
included complete info on exactly what he was munching, and further,
exactly how much of the bill was distributed to the people involved (the
owners, the chef, waiters, etc).
I'd like to see comprehensive labelling (or at least a bar code leading
to web info) on everything, not just food.
