    I heard something about this when they were designing the DD(X). I'd have
    to say that, though these are big changes, they won't eliminate the need
    for weapons that can strike beyond the horizon. Of course, if you're just
    trying to protect carriers and landing craft from planes and SSMs, I guess
    you could get rid of magazines on *this* class.
