    Do these people have college degree, certifications, or any formal training
    in their respective areas? It seems to me that most specializations have
    specific meanings for specific words which is often more specific than
    general usage. If these people don't even understand the jargon for their
    areas, how can they be qualified to actually perform their jobs?
