    Sorry Samantha but you did not offer any good reasons
    to think "radically increasing change and volatility"
    should make my advice any less valid.

    It is also a myth by the way that the market is
    significantly more volatile now than in the past.
    Stock prices are much higher now than in the past, so
    their price changes are greater in absolute terms, but
    in percentage terms the price changes are not much
    greater than they were 20 years ago.
