I had this sudden silly idea of using a leetle charged black hole as a kind
of condensation seed; you shuttle it back and forth (or obit a couple of
them around each other) through stuff, and the stuff falls toward it and
crushes together, and you wobble the holelette cleverly so the crushed
neutronium stuff slingshots off to a waiting mitt and gets stored. I have
no idea if this makes any sense at all.
