           The use of basic research was stated years ago and miles away from
    here, "Of what use is a baby?" Of what use is another Mozart, Einstein or Red
    Skelton -- those men have lived but we still don't know the final answer. We do
    know that babies are necessary to our progress and continuance. IMHO
