I am fully capable of enjoying comedy from any political perspective or
degree of memetic content. That does not prevent me from understanding
and appreciating that there is propaganda value in comedy, or that
individuals can have political agendas outside of their professional
performances.
Actors and actresses are that serious, and have been for a while. You
don't realize the degree to which actors and actresses let their
performances be influenced by the political aims of Party Comissars.
