There are a number. NH is one of them. Wisconsin is another, as I
Minnesota, and The Great State of Chicago and its Illinois suburbs is
apparently another, since over 140,000 ballots in one county alone were
disqualified in the last presidential election there. GAO
investigations regularly find people long dead voting regularly, and
individuals jumping jurisdictions to vote elsewhere, all without ID.
